Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated three cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni (from 8-oz package), chopped (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ tomato pasta sauce (any flavor)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- Fresh basil leaves, if desired

Step1In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook tortellini as directed on package, adding bell pepper during entire cooking time. Drain and return to Dutch oven.

Step2Stir pepperoni and pasta sauce into tortellini mixture; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Top individual servings with cheese. Garnish with basil.
