Ingredients
- 5 medium pears, cored and diced (6 cups)
- 1 medium orange, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Step1Mix pears, orange and sugar in 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

Step2Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 hours.

Step3Stir mixture. Cook uncovered on high heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until very thick. Stir in cherries and walnuts. Cool about 2 hours.

Step4Spoon conserve into container. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
