Outrageous Stacked Rainbow Chip Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
- Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 24 Oreo golden or birthday cake creme-filled sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan, and line with cooking parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the two longer sides.

Step2In medium bowl, make sugar cookie dough as directed on pouch.

Step3In another medium bowl, beat cake mix, water, melted butter and eggs to make thick batter.

Step4Crumble sugar cookie dough in pan; using offset spatula, spread and press cookie dough into thin even layer. Top cookie dough layer with even layer of sandwich cookies. Spread cake batter over top of cookie dough and cookies to cover completely.

Step5Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 30 minutes. In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High a few seconds until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over bars. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
