Italian Sausage Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk mild Italian sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup pearl-sized (1/2-inch) mozzarella cheese balls (from 8-oz package)
- 1/4 cup jarred sliced roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup garlic butter croutons (from 5-oz bag)
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves

Step1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step2Stir in milk, hot water, and uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in vinegar.

Step3Remove from heat. Top with mozzarella cheese and red peppers. Cover; let stand 3 to 4 minutes to melt cheese. Top with croutons and basil.
