Hawaiian Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 4 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
- 2 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 oz thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
Instructions

Step1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, place tortilla. Spread with 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise. Top with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese. Top with second tortilla.

Step2Cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.

Step3Repeat to make second quesadilla.
