Grilled Turkey Mexiburgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 burger buns, split
- 2 oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa

Step1Heat grill. In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, onion salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 11 to 13 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.

Step2Place 2 tablespoons cheese on each cooked patty. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each with salsa and top halves of buns.
