Gluten-Free Tom and Jerry Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
- Butter and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons brandy or 1 teaspoon brandy extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg yolk
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Make brownie mix as directed on box, using butter, eggs and any of the pan choices. Spread half of batter in pan.

Step2In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients except powdered sugar until smooth. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. Spoon remaining brownie batter over cream cheese mixture. With knife, swirl cream cheese mixture through brownie batter for marbled design.

Step3Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store covered in refrigerator.
