Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
- 8 medium green onions, sliced ( 1/2 cup)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- Assorted raw vegetables and crackers, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions, gingerroot and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.

Step2Stir in remaining ingredients except vegetables. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until hot.
