Ingredients
Honey French Dressing
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Salad
- 6 cups bite-size pieces romaine or red leaf lettuce
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, chopped (2/3 cup)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

Step1In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.

Step2Add romaine, cucumber, tomato and onion; toss to mix. Sprinkle with raisins, sunflower nuts and cheese. Serve with dressing.
