- 1/2 cup reduced-fat chives-and-onion cream cheese (from 8-oz container)
- 1 package (10 oz) prebaked Italian pizza crusts (two 8-inch crusts)
- 1/2 cucumber, unpeeled, cut in half lengthwise, seeded, thinly sliced
- 1 plum (Roma) tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
