Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato

Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Step1On round plate, arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately. Drizzle oil and vinegar over tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with basil and pepper.
