Start off the Fourth of July with a bang with our Firecracker Pancakes topped with a patriotic red, white and blue glaze.

Pancakes
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Red and blue food colors
Instructions

Step1Brush griddle or skillet with vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat.

Step2In medium bowl, stir Pancake ingredients with whisk until blended.

Step3For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 30 seconds or until edges are dry. Turn; cook other side until golden brown.

Step4To make glaze, beat powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla with whisk until smooth. Divide into 3 bowls. Leave 1 white. Tint other 2 with red and blue food colors.

Step5Drizzle red, white and blue glaze over pancakes.
