Ingredients
Cookie Bar
- 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
Frosting
- 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Instructions

Step1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step2In a large bowl, add all Cookie Bar ingredients and mix together with an electric hand mixer.

Step3Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray or line with parchment paper. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely; turn out onto a wire rack.

Step4Open the tub of frosting and add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Mix together and spread on top of the cookie bars. Garnish with your favorite sprinkles.
