Ingredients

  • 1 box (16.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Dunkaroos™ Complete Rainbow Sprinkles Pancake Kit
  • Water or milk called for on pancake kit box

Instructions

    Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 350°F. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.) In medium bowl, beat pancake mix and water or milk with whisk until well mixed.

    Brush griddle with vegetable oil or shortening. For each pancake, spoon 1 measuring tablespoonful batter onto griddle spaced 1 inch apart. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until edges begin to dry and bubbles begin to form on top. Turn; cook other side until golden brown. Remove from griddle to plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

    Serve warm, with frosting from pancake mix box for dipping, as desired.
