Dried Apricot-Cherry Compote

Ingredients
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) dried apricots
- 2 cans (5 1/2 ounces each) apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cherries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
Instructions

Step1Mix all ingredients in 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

Step2Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

Step3Serve warm or chilled. To chill, cool about 2 hours, then spoon compote into container; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
