Country Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries, raspberries, sliced peaches or strawberries (or combination of fruit)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, melt butter in oven.

Step2Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter into casserole onto butter without mixing with butter. Spread fruit over batter.

Step3Bake about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.
