Dressing
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free cosmopolitan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Salad
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 orange, sectioned
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
