- 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 small avocado, pitted, peeled, cut into thin wedges
- 1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup light blue cheese dressing
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Step1Place lettuce leaves on plate. Divide chicken among lettuce leaves, placing lengthwise in center. Layer with avocado and tomato wedges. Sprinkle with red onion.
