- 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Step2Make and bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.

Step3Place pan of brownies in freezer 30 minutes. Using parchment paper to lift, remove brownies from pan. Cut brownies into 4 rows by 4 rows.

Step4Spread vanilla ice cream into half of a 9-inch square pan lined with parchment paper, and pop back in the freezer to harden.

Step5Once brownies are cooled, add that ice cream on half the brownies, and top with the other brownie halves. Cut between brownies and through ice cream into 8 sandwiches; dip in melted chocolate. Place in freezer to firm up. Enjoy!!
