Looking for an easy appetizer? Try this creamy cheese ball that’s rolled in a coating of crispy Chex Mix™!
Chex Mix™ Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix (3 tablespoons)
- 1 cup Chex Mix™ traditional snack mix (from 8.75-oz bag)
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and seasoning mix. Shape mixture into a ball; place on plate.

Step2Place snack mix in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Use meat mallet to crush snack mix into small pieces. Press crushed snack mix all over outside of cheese ball.

Step3Serve immediately.
