Cheesy Taco Cereal Nachos

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 5 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
- 3/4 cup shredded lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 plum (Roma) tomato, chopped
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
- Salsa, if desired
- Sour cream, if desired

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper. In large bowl, mix melted butter and taco seasoning mix. Add cereal; toss to coat. Spread mixture in single layer in pan. Bake 3 minutes.

Step2Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step3Top with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and ripe olives. Drizzle with salsa and sour cream. Serve immediately.
