Cheesy Chicken Crunchy Taco

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 1/4 cups hot water
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ crunchy taco
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 oz)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
Instructions

Step1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.

Step2Add hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in 1 cup of the milk, uncooked rice (from Hamburger Helper™ box) and chicken. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender. Remove from heat.

Step3Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir topping mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box), and remaining 1/3 cup milk; mix well.

Step4Drizzle topping mixture over chicken and rice mixture. Top with cheese; cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomato and corn chips (from Hamburger Helper™ box).
