Cheesy Broccoli with Bacon

- 1 pound fresh broccoli flowerets (about 6 cups)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Jack and American cheese blend (8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon or toasted sliced almonds
Instructions

Step1Place broccoli and water in rectangular microwavable dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one edge or corner 1/4 inch to vent steam. Microwave on High about 5 minutes or until hot and crisp-tender.

Step2Drain broccoli; return to dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle bacon over top.
