Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 box (5.7 oz) Hamburger Helper™ Sweet BBQ
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step2Stir in water, milk, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from box) and corn. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Step3Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese.

Step4Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese; cover and let stand 3 minutes. Top with green onions.
