The perfect end to cocktail hour or an elegant dinner party our smooth and creamy Butterscotch Martini is made with cognac, butterscotch-flavored and white chocolate liqueurs and drizzled with caramel topping.

- 2 tablespoons caramel topping
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch-flavored liqueur
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate liqueur
- 2 cookie straws or pirouette cookies

Step1In each of 2 chilled martini glasses, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, place cognac and butterscotch-flavored liqueur; shake to blend. Pour into glasses, straining out ice.

Step2Drizzle 1 tablespoon white chocolate liqueur into each glass. Garnish with cookie straws. Serve immediately.
