- 1/4 cup Fiber One™ lowfat cottage cheese with fiber
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 to 2 packets sugar-free sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
