Ingredients

  • 1 Fiber One™ 150 calorie blueberry streusel bar
  • 1/4 cup Fiber One™ lowfat cottage cheese with fiber
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 packets sugar-free sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients together in your blender, top with whipped cream and serve with sliced berries as dippers.
