- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 pouch (4 oz) 100% spinach purée
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step1Heat grill. In bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
