Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 3 1/2 cups mixed salad greens (about half of 10-oz bag)
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped (1/3 cup)

Step1In 1-cup measuring cup, mix dressing, lime peel, lime juice and cilantro.
