- 1 package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ scalloped potatoes
- 2 cups hot water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 2 cups Progresso™ black beans or red kidney beans (from 19-oz can), drained, rinsed
Instructions

Step1Heat Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan or high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step2Reduce heat; cover and simmer 17 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
