- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 package (9.4 oz) refrigerated fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)

Step1In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sausage to pan, and stir to coat.

Step2Add flour; cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sausage is coated with flour and lightly browned on edges. Stir in milk with whisk to completely combine. Heat to simmering, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened and until sausage is completely heated through. Add salt and pepper to mixture; stir to blend. Remove from heat; cover and keep warm.

Step3Meanwhile, spray waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker to medium-high.

Step4Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in waffle maker. Close lid; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and baked through. Repeat with remaining biscuits.

Step5Serve biscuit waffles topped with gravy.
