Baked Berry Yoghurt Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups lowfat (1%) milk
- 2 cups Mountain High™ lowfat vanilla yoghurt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In baking dish, mix oats, milk, 1 cup of the yoghurt, the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, salt and frozen berries.

Step2Bake uncovered 50 to 55 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve topped with remaining 1 cup yoghurt.
