Ingredients
- 2 bacon-wrapped beef filet mignons (5 oz each)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Step1Place cast-iron skillet on campfire grate. Season filets with salt and pepper.

Step2When skillet is hot, add filets. Cook about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, turning once.

Step3Let filets rest 5 minutes before slicing.
