Bacon-Spinach Salad

- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bag (10 oz) washed fresh spinach
- 5 medium green onions, sliced (1/3 cup)
Instructions

Step1In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat through, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.

Step2Add spinach and onions to bacon mixture. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
