Bacon Mac and Cheese Bowl

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup (from 16-oz box) uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded American cheese (4 oz)
- 2 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step1In 2 1/2-cup shallow microwavable serving bowl, microwave water uncovered on High 1 minute. Stir in pasta; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High 7 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until pasta is tender. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water and microwave an additional minute, if necessary, until pasta is tender.

Step2Set aside 1 tablespoon of the shredded American cheese and 1 tablespoon of the crumbled bacon; set aside. Stir remaining ingredients into pasta in bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 40 to 60 seconds, stirring halfway through, until cheese is melted. Top with reserved crumbled bacon and American cheese.
