Ingredients
- 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 medium unpeeled tart cooking apples, thinly sliced (2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)

Step1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, beat flour, milk, salt and eggs with wire whisk until smooth; pour into baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.

Step2Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook apples and chives in butter, stirring frequently, until apples are tender. Stir in sugar.

Step3Spoon apple mixture onto pancake. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted.
