Frequently Asked Questions

When do you add the almonds?

You can top your pancake batter with the almonds either before baking or halfway through, depending on how toasted you’d like them to be! I opted for halfway through baking.

How do you make sure the powdered sugar doesn’t melt?

Be careful to let your pancake cool a little (about 10 or 15 minutes) before dusting with the powdered sugar so it doesn’t just melt right in!
