- 2 packets (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast

Step1Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Stir oil and taco seasoning mixes in slow cooker. Add beef roast; turn to thoroughly coat beef.

Step2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender. Remove beef to cutting board; cool slightly, and shred into bite-size pieces with fork. Return to liquid in slow cooker; toss to coat.
