Prep Instructions
FOR BROWNIE YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) Butter, Margarine or Spread,* Melted
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Egg
*Spread should have at least 60% vegetable oil.
FOR CHEESECAKE YOU WILL NEED:
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Egg
1 Heat oven to 350°F for aluminum or glass pan or 325°F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom and sides of pan.
2 Stir Brownie Mix, melted butter, water and egg in large bowl until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into pan and spread evenly.
3 Beat Cheesecake Mix, softened cream cheese and egg in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 1 minute (batter may be lumpy). Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter and spread evenly.
4 Drop reserved brownie batter by 5 teaspoonfuls onto cheesecake mixture. Pull knife through brownie batter for marbled design.
5 Sprinkle OREO pieces evenly over cheesecake/brownie.
6 Bake as directed in chart or until cheesecake is lightly golden brown around edges. Refrigerate leftovers.
