Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground turkey breast
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 jalapeño chilies, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon plum preserves
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, undrained
- 1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans, drained
- plain fat-free yogurt, if desired

Step1Cook turkey, onion, bell pepper, chilies and garlic in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink.

Step2Stir in remaining ingredients except yogurt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with yogurt.
