Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 can (3 oz) light tuna in water, drained
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half to form 2 pockets
- 1/2 medium orange, peeled, broken into segments and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
