Tortellini Minestrone Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square glass baking dish, mix all ingredients except cheese. Cover with foil.

Step2Bake 45 minutes. Uncover and stir well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes longer or until center is hot and cheese is golden brown.
