- 2 large tomatoes, cut into 12 slices
- 12 thin slices cucumber
- 2 oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced pitted kalamata or ripe olives
- 1/4 cup purchased Greek vinaigrette salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or parsley
Instructions

Step1Arrange tomato slices on serving platter, sides touching or slightly overlapping. Top each slice with cucumber slice.
