Thin Crust Create-a-Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/3 cup very hot water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
Meat Toppings
- 1/2 to 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked, drained
- 1/2 to 1 lb bulk Italian sausage, cooked, drained
- 1 package (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni
- 1 package (6 oz) sliced Canadian-style bacon
- 4 to 6 hot dogs, sliced
Vegetable Toppings
- Sliced fresh mushrooms
- Chopped green bell pepper or chopped onion
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced ripe olives
- Sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Instructions

Step1Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°F. Grease or spray cookie sheet or 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Lightly spoon Bisquick into measuring cup, level off with knife. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick, hot water and oil; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Step2Press dough into 12-inch round on cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Step3Spread pizza sauce evernly onto crust. Top with one of the meat toppings and desired vegetable toppings. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step4Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
