- 2 medium or 3 small sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and taco seasoning mix until coated. Spread potatoes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step2Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
