Meatloaf
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup purchased sweet-and-sour sauce
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping
- 4 tablespoons purchased sweet-and-sour sauce
- 3 or 4 green or red bell pepper rings
- 3 or 4 drained canned pineapple slices

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Beat egg in large bowl. Add all remaining meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.

Step2Remove meatloaf from oven. Spread about 3 tablespoons sweet-and-sour sauce over loaf. Arrange bell pepper rings and pineapple slices over sauce. Brush with remaining tablespoon sauce.

Step3Return to oven; bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F. Cover with foil; let stand 5 minutes before cutting meatloaf into slices.
