Strawberry-Kiwi-Spinach Toss

Ingredients
- 10 cups bite-size pieces fresh spinach
- 1 pint strawberries, cut in half (2 cups)
- 6 kiwifruit, cut into bite-size pieces (2 cups)
- 2/3 cup broken pecans
- 2/3 cup julienne strips Gouda or Edam cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Step1In large bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, kiwifruit, pecans and cheese.

Step2In tightly covered container, shake all remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over salad; toss to mix.
