- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lb fresh spinach, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons water

Step1In 4-quart Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, just until golden. Stir in pine nuts, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Step2Reduce heat to low. Gradually add spinach; sprinkle with water. Cover; cook about 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Serve immediately.
