- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy crème caramel low-fat yogurt
- 1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
- 1 1/4 cups soymilk
- 1 tablespoon caramel fat-free topping
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
