Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cup uncooked couscous
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Step1Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet. Stir in broccoli, turkey and tarragon. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

Step2Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Step3Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
