Ingredients
- 12 ounces smoked salmon or trout, skinned and boned
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped green onions
- Crackers, if desired
Instructions

Step1Place salmon, cream cheese and horseradish in food processor. Cover and process 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Stir in green onions.

Step2Spoon salmon mixture into serving bowl; serve with crackers. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
